Are you ready to circumnavigate the most impressive sky island in Sedona? This scenic loop hike leads to the most all-encompassing panoramic views in Red Rock Country. Located at the Northwest corner of Sedona, this adventure will allow you to view every type of geological formation in the entire region from one path. Walk along the overhanging escarpment as it delivers an endless bounty of magnificent opportunities for photography, solitude, and immersion. All four of Sedona’s vortex sites are viewable as you circle Doe Mountain and become inspired by the plethora of layered red rock views below.

DOE MOUNTAIN TRAIL CLOSURE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

FROM MARCH MARCH 1ST - APRIL 15TH, DOE MOUNTAIN TRAIL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 8AM - 5PM ON MONDAY - THURSDAY. THE CLOSURE WILL ALLOW FOREST SERVICE TRAIL MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENTS, AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOE MOUNTAIN RIM TRAIL. PLEASE BE ADVISED, FROM MARCH 1ST - APRIL 15TH, WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO OFFER START TIMES FROM 5AM - 6:30AM ON MONDAY - THURSDAY.
